DESCRIPTION
The Ecualyptus cru essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the leaves of eucalyptus globulus three.
The eucalyptus is native to Australia, although today we can find all subspecies of this adapted to many parts of the world. In Spain there is the largest area of Eucaliptus in Europe.
The eucalyptus trees are perennial, straight bearing. They can measure more than 60 m in height. The young leaves of the eucalyptus are grayish, sessile and oval, which grow as they grow, taking on a bright bluish green color when they are adults. The fruit is a woody capsule that contains numerous seeds.
The long length of this tree, its rapid growth and the characteristics of its wood make this tree an important source of raw material for the paper and wood industry.
In addition, essential eucalyptus oil has numerous medicinal and therapeutic properties, being an effective natural disinfectant.
In natural and traditional medicine their infusions and the inactivation of their vapors against catarrhal processes are used.
In aromatherapy, it is used as a stimulant with a clearing effect and as an antiviral, expectorant and nasal.
It is also used in ointments, creams and cataplasms, as an anti-inflammatory, relief of muscle and bone diseases, in addition to being advised in the process of healing wounds and burns.
