DESCRIPTION

The essential oil of organic Savory is obtained by dragging steam from the stems, leaves and flowers of the Satureja montana.

Plant native to the eastern basin of the Mediterranean.

Its leaves are soft, linear in outline, with the end slightly rounded and covered with short hairs. The flowers are small and arranged in peaks with two to five flowers, forming clusters.

It blooms at the beginning of autumn.
