DESCRIPTION

The essential oil of Savory is obtained by dragging steam from the Satureja montana.

Plant native to the eastern basin of the Mediterranean. Its leaves are soft, linear in outline, with the end slightly rounded and covered with short hairs. The flowers are small and arranged in peaks with two to five flowers, forming clusters. It blooms at the beginning of autumn.

Traditionally this essential oil has been used as an antibacterial, analgesic and nervous toner.
